  • Buyers are responsible for all cost associated with closing the transaction including but not limited to attorneys fees, title insurance, recording fees, recording tax, deed preparation and title search.  Jackson County Real Estate Taxes will be prorated at closing.

  • Title to the property will transfer using the current legal description as recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Jackson, County, AL.
